In the event of Buyer ordering products from brightshoemakers.com it does not constitute a binding acceptance from brightshoemakers.com, but however a binding offer from Buyer to purchase the product at the given terms. A binding agreement between Buyer and unclebright.dk is only concluded when brightshoemakers.com by way of an order confirmation accepts the offer submitted by Buyer.
Payment:
Buyer’s account information entered when purchasing a product on brightshoemakers.com will be sent directly to PBS in encrypted format (SSL) only legible by PBS and Buyer. Thus no one else sees or stores Buyer’s personal information. When making a purchase with credit card the amount is withdrawn from Buyer’s account as soon as the products ordered depart unclebright.dk
The risk of accidental loss or deterioration:
Only at the time when the products ordered have come into possession of Buyer, the risk of the products ordered being perished or damaged due to accidental circumstances, passes to Buyer.
Invoking lack of conformity:
When purchasing non-food products the right to invoke lack of conformity is as follows: Invoking lack of conformity must be done within reasonable time after receiving the products.

Cancellation
If Buyer announces to cancel the purchase within 14 days after receipt unclebright.dk refunds the amount received.
Products returned UFRANCO or COD are denied receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition with hangtags and price labels, and properly packed together with a copy of the invoice. Buyer is encouraged to please write clearly that he or she wishes to cancel the purchase and have the price of the ordered products refunded.
Buyer can also cancel the purchase by denying receipt of the shipment. These rules of returns applies for all products sold as a distance sale to a private person.
Unclebright.dk refunds the amount received when the returned products are received in unused and undamaged conditions.
